The Indian government is set to increase the price of the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra and also take a stronger, cheaper generic version of the drug by a single manufacturer, the latest development being Pfizer Inc's Viagra.
The drug was first introduced to the market in 1998, and has since been used as a treatment for premature ejaculation, a condition which affects between 5-10% of men.
Pfizer has made a few changes to the Pfizer label in March, allowing it to be called Viagra.
